About
Nakagusuku Castle Site is a large gusuku fortress located on a hill in central Okinawa. Its extensive stone walls and multiple defensive enclosures remain remarkably well preserved, providing an excellent example of traditional Ryukyuan castle architecture. From its elevated position, visitors can enjoy sweeping views toward both the Pacific Ocean and the East China Sea.
