Pre-arrival procedure — Kazakhstan e-Visa: eligible nationalities that are not visa-exempt can apply on the official Visa and Migration Portal vmp.gov.kz, where the approved e-Visa is issued electronically. Cash Import Limits
Declaration-free limits and procedures for excess amounts
If you enter or leave Kazakhstan carrying cash at or above the equivalent of about USD 10,000 (or the equivalent in other currencies or monetary instruments), you must declare it to customs.
