Visa rules depend on nationality. Many travellers do not need a visa and are issued an electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass) on arrival, but always confirm your current conditions before departure.

Passport Conditions

Your passport should be valid for at least six months from arrival. Carry proof of onward travel and sufficient funds for your stay.

Arrival cards, health declarations, and other preparations
You must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) online within three days before arrival. It is free and includes an electronic health declaration; failure to submit may lead to denied entry.

How to submit
- 1 Open the official site eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard (or the MyICA app) and start a new SGAC.
- 2 Enter passport and personal information.
- 3 Enter travel details and your address in Singapore.
- 4 Complete the health declaration.
- 5 Review all entries, correct errors and submit; save the confirmation.

Cash Import Limits
Declaration-free limits and procedures for excess amounts
If you carry cash or bearer instruments (CBNI) exceeding S$20,000 (or equivalent) into or out of Singapore, you must declare it by law using Form NP 727.
