Yêu cầu thị thực
Các loại thị thực cần thiết và điều kiện
Miễn thị thực: Many nationalities (incl. EU, US, UK, Japan, Australia) can enter visa-free.
Thời gian lưu trú tối đa: Up to 60 days (extended to 60 from 30 days in 2024)
⚠ Visa-free extendable by 30 days at local immigration. Overstaying incurs fines and possible bans.

Thời hạn hiệu lực: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of entry.
Trang trống: At least 2 blank pages required for entry stamps.

Biểu mẫu trực tuyến: TM.6 departure card abolished in 2024 for air arrivals
Giấy tờ cần thiết: Valid passport, return ticket, proof of accommodation, proof of funds (THB 20,000).
⚠ TM.6 may still be required at some land borders.

⚠ E-cigarettes/vapes are ILLEGAL in Thailand. Bringing them in may result in arrest.

Hàng cấm nhập: Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, obscene materials, endangered species products (CITES).
Quy định riêng: E-cigarettes and vapes (ILLEGAL — possession can result in imprisonment or fines up to THB 30,000). Buddha images for commercial use.
⚠ Vapes/e-cigarettes strictly prohibited. Lese-majeste law prohibits material disrespectful to the monarchy.

Quy tắc chung: Carry prescription medications in original packaging with a doctor's letter in English stating the medication name, dosage, and medical necessity.
Khuyến nghị: Keep medications in carry-on luggage. Carry a copy of prescriptions. Bring only the amount needed for your trip.
Tiêm chủng và yêu cầu sức khỏe
Vắc-xin bắt buộc và khuyến nghị để nhập cảnh
Bắt buộc: Yellow Fever certificate required if arriving from or transiting through a yellow fever endemic area.
Khuyến nghị: Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Tetanus. Malaria prophylaxis for tropical/rural areas.
⚠ Check WHO yellow fever endemic country list. Transit of 12+ hours may trigger requirement.
Quy trình kiểm tra nhập cảnh

Quy trình: Arrival → Immigration (passport control) → Baggage claim → Customs (green/red channel) → Exit.
Thời gian chờ dự kiến: Varies. Allow at least 30-60 minutes during peak hours.

• Do NOT bring e-cigarettes or vapes — they are illegal and can result in arrest.
• Have proof of accommodation and THB 20,000 equivalent in funds.
